There will be a farewell party for Mike Needs on Thursday, October 26. Friends are going to drag him away from his bicycle from 7 to 9: p.m. at Larry's on W. Market St. in Akron. We'll have hors d'oeuvres, munchies and soft drinks available for those who can come.
For those of you who aren't aware, Larry's was the Thursday night watering hole for the newsroom. After the paper was out, of course.
