Delano Massey laid off again

Former BJ staffer Delano Massey apparently just can't keep a job. Massey, a J-grad of University of Akron, got a job at the Lexington (KY) Herald-Leader in the early 2000s and worked his way up from cop reporter to regional editor. At some point he jumped to the Beacon Journal, which he considered his dream job, but then was laid off, maybe within a year or so. The Herald-Leader was thrilled to get him back. Then last week he was let go again. Newspapering's a tough racket these days.
