No staff photographers at Sports Illustrated

In this age of print cutbacks, Sports Illustrated takes the cake. It fired all six of its staff photographers.

The laid off photographers can submit photos as free-lancers. That eliminates the cost of pensions and health care for Sport Illustrated.
