Probably less than 1 per cent of our viewers check the section called "Random Observations" on our web site. I just counted and there have been only a dozen items posted for the entire year. The posts are usually brief, but it's a place to put things which have opinions expressed or are just fluff.. Arbitrary decisions are made about what is factual and what is just opinion or fluff. An item added today is about coverage of the trial of former Canton police officer Bobby Cutts Jr. who is charged in the death of his pregnant girlfriend.
