Congrats Charlene. I wish I could be there, but will be in spirit and will remember all the great times we had as young reporters in the 70s. What is the special secret for your being loyal to the ABJ for so long?

Fond regards from Cathy Strong in Te Horo, New Zealand.

While I'm sure that at times those 35 years seemed l-o-nggggg, it seems just yesterday that we all were young pups. Congrats, Char. I'll never forget your rendition of "O Holy Night" at one of the Christmas parties!!

Enjoy your well-earned retirement.
