I had a lovely visit with my friend Dottie Shinn last week. This is Dottie in her studio, posing with a painting of her Aunt Catherine, an artist now in her waning years. Dottie is cataloguing her aunt's work this winter, a heartfelt tribute.
Dottie was the BJ's art critic for decades. Connie is an artist, too, one of the leaders in Ohio of fabric art (once called quilt art).
