Is print becoming a thing of the past? I just got notice from Ignatius Press, a Catholic publisher, that they are moving all of their print media (several magazines) online.

The online Patch news sources are cutting into traditional newspapers, too. I often read something in the Cuyahoga Falls Patch, for example, a day or two before it appears in the BJ, if ever.
Interestingly, people that the BJ lost (in whatever manner) are heading up these Patch news sites in the BJ area and biting the hand that once fed them, before it slapped them away.
Evolution can be a bitch.
