Gawker’s in the news, this time

Gawker Media – a collection that includes Gawker.com, Deadspin, Lifehacker, Gizmodo, io9, Kotaku, Jalopnik, and Jezebel – had a bit of a shakeup for America’s most successful blog-oriented media company.

Deadspin editor Tommy Craggs was named executive editor at Gawker Media. General counsel Heather Dietrick was named president of Gawker Media. Chief revenue officer (there’s that title again) Andrew Gorenstein was named president of advertising and partnerships.  Vice president Scott Kidder became chief operating officer.

Gawker Media, founded and owned by Nick Denton, is based in New York City but incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
