Kim McMahan to replace Jewell as columnist

Kim McMahan will replace Jewell Cardwell, among
the six who took the latest BJ buyout, as a columnist, beginning May 28.
Kim posted:
“It is
with great honor that I will be succeeding retired columnist Jewell Cardwell at
the Beacon Journal. I'm not certain how to follow someone so beloved as Jewell,
and the late Fran Murphey before her, but what an honor.
“Yikes!”
Kim Hone-McMahan is
married to Chris McMahan.
