Kent State 4th in photojournalism awards

Kent State School of Journalism and Mass Communication finished fourth among 30 schools in the Intercollegiate Photojournalism Competition of the William R. Hearst Foundation Journalism Awards.

This is Kent State’s highest intercollegiate finish ever. Last year, Kent State was seventh.

Western Kentucky University was first, followed by Ohio University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The University of Missouri was fifth.
