Washington Post may sell its headquarters


Today’s deteriorating newspaper economics may cause the Washington Post to leave its 63-year-old headquarters in downtown Washington.

Washington Post Co. executives are exploring the sale of the building that saw The Washington Post evolve into one of the country’s top newspapers and win a Pulitzer Prize for bringing down President Nixon with the Watergate articles by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein.
