Belly fat is no laughing matter


Belly fat is more than just a joke when you pat it.

It can kill you.

Belly fat increases your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, colon cancer, rectal, pancreatic, endometrial and postmenopausal breast cancer.

What can you? Crunches and sit-ups? Nope, they don’t work.

But diet and exercise together DO work.

If you are a woman and your waistline is 35 inches or larger or a man and your wasteline is 40 inches of larger, you may be in trouble.
