This is page two of my retirement letter given to me shortly before my retirement on June 1 1992, though the lower corner said 1/90, it was two years later when I received it. Page 1 has my retirement dates and amounts correct.

Ott's letter is even more specific than mine, spelling out the actual amount of the co-pay. Obviously, the Canadian has violated the "contract" with Guild retirees.

So, how is it that Guild retirees are no longer paying $2 per prescription?
