As someone who has pointed out how switching to Aetna from UHC for prescriptions will cost me ($1,840 a year), it's only fair that I reveal that Aetna paid every cent of my $1,797.75 colorectal screening at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital since my $250 deductible had been met earlier this year.
Under UHC/KRI/BJ, my deductible was $2,000. So Aetna pays $1,750 more than UHC by the time I would have hit the $2,000 UHC deductible.
I can see that we're going to get a lot of criss-crossing to the bad and good sides of the switch from UHC to Aetna under the Canadian.
